This is an invitation to join a mission-driven team where your expertise in logistics and people strategy will shape the future of global commerce.

Accountabilities:

Requirements:
  • Extensive HR Leadership: A minimum of 12 years of professional experience with a primary concentration in the HRBP job family, including a strong background in people management and leadership.

  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience supporting both corporate and warehouse operational settings within the supply chain and logistics industry.

  • Operational Versatility: Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, with specific experience opening, closing, or relocating warehouse site operations and managing temporary labor staffing.

  • Global Perspective: Hands-on experience supporting an international workforce and familiarity with global employment models, including Employer of Record (EOR) partnerships.

  • Technical & Analytical Agility: Advanced proficiency in using HR technology to deliver metrics and insights, with the ability to navigate ambiguity during complex strategy discussions.

  • Education & Mindset: A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with a mission-driven, resilient approach to problem-solving and the emotional intelligence to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: Targeted salary range of $205,000 – $210,000 (with a broader architecture up to $259,160) plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

  • Comprehensive Healthcare: Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage for you and your family.

  • Financial Future: 401(k) retirement plan with a company match to support long-term savings.

  • Generous Time Off: Flexible Time Off (FTO) program, paid holidays, and paid sick leave to ensure work-life harmony.

  • Wellness Focus: Dedicated "Wellness Days" provided once per quarter and a focus on maintaining a healthy, high-performance culture.
