As the Director, HRBP for Global Supply Chain, you will serve as a high-impact strategic advisor and catalyst for organizational advancement within a leading global fulfillment technology platform. This pivotal role bridges the gap between executive leadership and warehouse operations, driving progress across organizational design, change management, and talent strategy. You will lead a dedicated team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of transparency and high performance while navigating the complexities of a fast-growing, international supply chain. Strategic Advisory & Partnership: Serve as a trusted thought leader to senior Global Supply Chain leadership, aligning organizational People plans with corporate objectives and key results (OKRs).
Organizational Design & Analysis: Partner with executives to develop comprehensive workforce plans and design scalable structures, identifying root causes for complex human capital needs within both corporate and warehouse settings.
Talent & Succession Management: Steer the strategy for talent planning, performance management, and the retention of high-performing individuals to build a robust talent bench for the global organization.
Change Management Leadership: Oversee large-scale organizational transformations by assessing impact and guiding comprehensive communication and engagement strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
Data-Driven Storytelling: Leverage HR technology and business metrics to generate actionable insights, translating complex analytics into clear narratives that inform executive decision-making.
Team Leadership & Risk Mitigation: Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, while collaborating with Legal and Finance to investigate employee relations matters and mitigate organizational risk.
Extensive HR Leadership: A minimum of 12 years of professional experience with a primary concentration in the HRBP job family, including a strong background in people management and leadership.
Industry Expertise: Proven experience supporting both corporate and warehouse operational settings within the supply chain and logistics industry.
Operational Versatility: Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, with specific experience opening, closing, or relocating warehouse site operations and managing temporary labor staffing.
Global Perspective: Hands-on experience supporting an international workforce and familiarity with global employment models, including Employer of Record (EOR) partnerships.
Technical & Analytical Agility: Advanced proficiency in using HR technology to deliver metrics and insights, with the ability to navigate ambiguity during complex strategy discussions.
Education & Mindset: A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with a mission-driven, resilient approach to problem-solving and the emotional intelligence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Competitive Compensation: Targeted salary range of $205,000 – $210,000 (with a broader architecture up to $259,160) plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
