Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design, execution, and optimization of global delivery operations, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and scalability across regions
  • Develop and standardize operational processes, frameworks, and governance models to improve execution and accountability
  • Manage relationships with global vendors and partners, ensuring SLA adherence, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across business units to align operational priorities, resolve escalations, and drive execution excellence
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to provide visibility and support data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee financial performance, including cost management, resource planning, and tracking ROI of global initiatives
  • Support and operationalize global talent strategies, ensuring effective hiring, onboarding, and workforce scalability
  • Drive transformation initiatives, including process reengineering, automation, and adoption of new tools and capabilities
  • Lead communication, training, and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and operating models
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in global operations, consulting, finance, or a related leadership role
  • Proven expertise in managing global delivery models (offshore, nearshore, or hybrid) and vendor ecosystems
  • Strong track record of designing and scaling operational processes and performance frameworks
  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience building dashboards, KPIs, and translating data into strategic insights
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity and executive-level storytelling
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives and driving continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with automation, AI-driven workflows, or process optimization is a plus
