Summary
The Maintenance Engineer takes great care of our hotel’s infrastructure. You will help carry out various renovation and repair projects.
In this role, you should be organized, proactive, and proficient in time management. Familiarity with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems is beneficial, but not necessary. We will train you! If you are a self-starter that enjoys being productive, we would like to meet you!
Ultimately, the goal of this position is to ensure our hotel and grounds are safe, comfortable, and functional for guests and employees.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities
• Carry out repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests
• Assist in renovations and construction
Experience, Skills, and Education
• Maintenance experience is a plus, but not necessary. We will train you!
• Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly
• Problem-solving aptitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
