Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader for developer programs within the manufacturing sector
  • Architect, demonstrate, and integrate advanced software and AI solutions to accelerate manufacturing workloads, including vision inspection, robotics, digital twins, and predictive maintenance
  • Develop onboarding resources, reference implementations, sample code, and demo pipelines to support partner adoption and co-innovation
  • Analyze developer communities to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to improve adoption strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, product management, and marketing to influence product roadmaps and ecosystem standards
  • Engage with senior technical leaders at partner organizations to address complex architectural challenges and track adoption metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 15+ years in the technology industry with at least 7 years of direct experience in manufacturing-focused software or developer relations
  • Proven experience leading global developer programs, strategic technical collaborations, and ecosystem adoption initiatives
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AI and accelerated computing stacks, including GPU frameworks and libraries for manufacturing applications
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences
  • Skilled at managing multi-stakeholder engagements, aligning internal and external teams, and driving co-commercialization strategies
  • Experience designing and delivering solutions for real-time processing, low-latency decision-making, and scalable deployment

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range of $272,000 - $431,250 USD, dependent on location and experience
