- Lead day-to-day client communication across multiple accounts and run meetings to present performance, insights, and recommendations
- Oversee campaign performance to ensure accounts meet goals such as ROAS, CPA, and budget pacing
- Manage incoming client requests, prioritize deliverables, and keep internal teams aligned on timelines
- Guide strategy and execution across omnichannel paid media programs including search, social, and programmatic channels
- Review reporting and identify opportunities to improve performance, scale spend, and mitigate risks proactively
- Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to account operations improvements
- Participate in new business efforts, including media strategy recommendations and pitch support
Requirements:
- 5+ years of paid media experience, ideally in an agency environment
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and programmatic platforms
- Proven client-facing experience with strong presentation and communication skills
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and account scaling
- Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on account leadership
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfort working independently and taking ownership with minimal oversight
- Familiarity with Funnel.io, Notion, or contributing to new business pitches is a plus
