Gila Health Resources 2026 Student Summer Work Program

The GHR Summer Student Summer Work Program is sponsoring a position for two students in Morenci this summer. The program is for children (or close relative) of GHR employees who are in the process of pursuing a career in the healthcare field.

The student must be between the ages of 18 and 25, have a parent (or close relative) who is a current GHR employee; undergo pre-program drug/alcohol and background screening; possess good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; adhere to GHR employee immunization policy; and, have their own transportation and housing.

Please attach a 1-page letter with a resume (if applicable) that includes the following: specifying current enrollment in the healthcare field; what you hope to achieve by participating in GHR Student Summer Work Program; who your GHR parent (family member) is; and, your specific career interests.

The application deadline is 04/24/2026, the Internship program will run from 06/01/2026 through 07/31/2026.
