This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships within a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will engage with senior-level client stakeholders across the entire sales cycle, delivering tailored solutions that demonstrate measurable business impact. The Sales Executive will proactively develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, lead strategic discovery conversations, and negotiate complex deals to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. This position requires a combination of consultative selling, business acumen, and the ability to influence decision-makers at the executive level. The role operates fully remotely, with occasional travel as needed to support business objectives. Success in this position comes from building credibility, navigating complex client needs, and delivering value-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability within assigned territory or vertical by consistently achieving performance targets
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to enhance retention and long-term partnerships
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs, overcome objections, and present tailored, strategic business cases
- Present configurable solutions that deliver measurable ROI, operational efficiency, and service excellence
- Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline while staying informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize solution delivery, product configuration, and client service
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience in a high-performing, technology-driven, or service-based environment
- Proven ability to lead strategic discovery conversations and influence executive-level decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, including contract, pricing, and service agreement management
- Demonstrated success in building pipeline, securing opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Results-driven mindset with ability to navigate complex, consultative sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives
