In this position, you would be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from the moment a customer arrives at the service department to the time they leave. This role supports service advisors, assists customers, helps manage service traffic flow, assists the sales department when needed, and ensures customers feel welcomed, informed, and taken care of throughout their visit. This position has a focus on customer experience, customer communication, and service lane organization. You would report to a Service Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent,required.
  • Minimum 6 months of working experience in a customer service role.
  • Dealership or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)
  • Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
  • Team oriented,flexibleand focused onmaintaininga high levelof customer service.
  • All applicants mustbe authorized towork in the USA
  • Ability todemonstratethe ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under shop insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)
  • References upon request

Essential Duties, but not limited to:

  • Greet customers immediately upon arrival in the service drive
  • Verify appointment information and reason for visit
  • Assist with check-in process and direct customers to the appropriate service advisor
  • Keep customers informed of wait times and service progress
  • Assist customers in the waiting area
  • Assist with pickup process and ensure customers know where to go
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional service environment
  • Help manage service drive traffic flow
  • Assist with moving vehicles when needed
  • Ensure vehicles are properly parked, tagged, and organized
  • Help coordinate loaner vehicles and customer transportation
  • Assist advisors with light administrative tasks
  • Help keep the service drive clean and organized at all times
  • Assist the sales department with customers as needed
  • Help locate vehicles, assist customer deliveries, and general customer assistance
  • Support dealership events and customer experience initiatives when needed
  • Keep customer lounge clean and organized
  • Stock snacks, water, and coffee throughout the day
  • Ensure coffee machines and snack areas remain clean and filled
  • Monitor customer lounge supplies and notify management when inventory is low
  • Handle basic customer questions and direct concerns to the appropriate advisor or manager
  • Assist with customer updates when advisors are busy
  • Help resolve minor customer concerns before they escalate
  • Support customer satisfaction and retention efforts
  • Help maintain a positive and professional environment in the service department
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: Hourly + opportunity for performance bonuses based on customer satisfaction and department performance
Status: Full-Time, Schedule may include working Saturdays
