About This Position
Role Overview
CAA is looking for an IT Associate to remotely support users with software and hardware issues, onboard new employees, manage inventory, and oversee the helpdesk trouble ticket queue system. This position is remote and reports directly to the Director of Information Technology / Cyber. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and effective technical supportto end-users through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardwareandsoftwareissuesto minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
- Install, configure, andmaintaincomputer systems, applications,peripherals,routineupdatesand security enhancements.
- Provide remote support and troubleshooting, ensuringconsistentIT experience for all employees, regardless of location.
- Keepaccuraterecords of IT assets, service requests, and resolutions;maintaindetailed documentation for IT operations.
- Collaborate with various departments on technology upgrades, system migrations, and new deployments.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trendsand technologies; suggest improvements to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
- Performadditionaldutiesas needed to support the IT department.
- Manage equipment assetsand licensing.
- Log, escalate, and follow upon IT-related issues and support calls; communicate andmonitorcorporate office systems standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 2-3+ yearsofreal-world experience supporting an internal helpdesk
- Strong experience with Macs and Windows11OS
- Experience with Office365, Microsoft Intune,Microsoft Teams
- Any experience withcloud-based applicationssuch asZendeskis a plus
Compensation and Other Information
- Location: Fully Remote
- Pay Rate: Based on a variety of factorsin accordance withapplicable law including the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Reports To: Director of IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security
