The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing a structured, high-quality, and efficient recruitment process to support operational and corporate hiring needs.
This role focuses on sourcing, conducting initial structured interviews, coordinating assessments, maintaining healthy candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsabilities:

• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned roles, ensuring speed, accuracy, and alignment with hiring requirements.
• Post job openings across internal and external platforms to maintain consistent candidate flow.
• Conduct structured first-round interviews to assess experience, competencies, motivation, and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely scheduling and feedback collection.
• Administer and track assessments, background checks, and reference validations as required.
• Maintain accurate and complete records within the ATS (notes, stages, documentation).
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring or high-volume roles using sourcing strategies, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.
• Provide consistent, professional communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor hiring funnel progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvement actions.
• Support the TA Manager in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives when required.

Requierements:

• 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment roles.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn search capabilities.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• English proficiency (B2)
