About the Role:

The Alumni Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition for clients in the next phase of their recovery. You will be fostering relationships between DeCoach Recovery, and clients who are graduating from our recovery program to help boost engagement and networking. The ideal candidate will be able to build a strong on-going relationship with former clients, organize and host weekly events and meetings, follow up with clients post discharge via phone, social media and email.

Skills:

• The ideal candidate will be able to build strong, long-lasting relationships with former clients.
• Coordinate with Admissions Team to reengage former clients in treatment programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Use multiple avenues of communication (phone, email and social media) to keep clients engaged in upcoming events and programs, be able to plan and organize weekly events and meetings.
• Proficient with using computers and social media.
• Previous experience in event planning is preferred but not required.
• The ideal candidate will have been through recovery or has worked in the recovery field.
