Primary responsibilities include overseeing the overall operation of the property as well as supervising leasing agents, ensuring maximum occupancy of rental units, high penetration of lease renewals, and the collection of rent. Must be self-motivated and a people-oriented person with a pleasant personality, cheerful smile and enthusiastic attitude.

Requires apartment community experience as well as demonstrated supervisory and effective communication skills. Tax credit experience required. Experience with Yardi preferred.
