This role is responsible for driving high-impact marketing programs that connect products, services, and solutions with customers in meaningful ways. You will lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, manage budgets, and oversee cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. The position involves designing awareness, demand generation, and upsell campaigns while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will analyze program performance, implement process improvements, and provide insights to optimize customer engagement. This is a highly collaborative role that requires influencing multiple stakeholders, mentoring teams, and ensuring that marketing initiatives deliver maximum impact across various channels. Accountabilities:
  • Develop, execute, and manage integrated GTM programs for assigned products, solutions, or services.

  • Build and secure approval for GTM plans and budgets while aligning cross-functional teams and external agencies.

  • Define program metrics, track progress, and conduct post-program analyses to drive continuous improvements.

  • Develop and manage offering messaging, customer segmentation strategies, and experience plans.

  • Support sales enablement by providing training materials and assisting in account development activities.

  • Manage marketing operations, including CRM/marketing systems, budget tracking, and collateral fulfillment.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices, process improvements, and program governance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, including offering, segment, and partner marketing.

  • Experience with agency, sales, or channel marketing is a plus.

  • Expert knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and tools, including account-based and partner marketing.

  • Strong project management and budget management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving aptitude.

  • Proven ability to influence virtual teams and senior stakeholders, build consensus, and resolve conflicts.

  • Well-developed understanding of industry trends, marketing operations, and customer engagement strategies.
