Logistics Customer Service Representative at FTTDC - Ohio Logistics – Bowling Green, Florida

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Representative to support our operations team. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate finished goods shipments, coordinating with transportation providers, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipping record. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and customer-focused, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipment schedules to meet customer requirements
• Communicate effectively with customers and transportation providers
• Enter and maintain accurate order and shipping data in company systems
• Monitor and update customer portals with shipment details and confirmations
• Prepare shipping documentation, including Bill of Ladings and ASNs
• Address shipment-related issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Follow standard operating procedures for inventory depletion and shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate within the warehouse management system (WMS)

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and computer skills (Excel, email, data entry)
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Primarily office-based work with extended periods of sitting
• Occasional lifting of office materials or storage boxes
• Ability to bend, kneel, or crouch as needed

• Office and warehouse setting
• Exposure to warehouse machinery and noise
• Collaborative work atmosphere with frequent communication
