Job Title: Rental Assistant
Full-Time | On-Site – Malden, Massachusetts
Schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents

• Schedule and conduct apartment tours

• Help process rental applications and leasing paperwork

• Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries

• Maintain leasing records and assist with move-ins and move-outs

• Coordinate with management and maintenance teams

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Leasing experience is required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable using computers and office software

• Yardi experience a plus!

• Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
