The Lead Sales & Growth Operations Analyst is responsible for building and managing scalable GTM analytics infrastructure and driving data-informed business decisions:
Define, own, and evolve GTM performance metrics, including pipeline health, bookings, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to translate analytics into actionable insights that improve strategy and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain SQL and dbt models in Snowflake to support self-service analytics and accurate, reliable reporting.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate GTM performance clearly to leadership.
Establish and enforce unified reporting standards to create a single source of truth across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Mentor peers in analytics best practices, code reviews, and data storytelling to elevate organizational analytical capabilities.
Support process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance forecast accuracy, funnel efficiency, and decision velocity.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and technical expertise in GTM operations:
5–7 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Data Analytics, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Expertise in SQL, dbt, Snowflake, Tableau (or equivalent BI tools), and Git-based version control.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and GTM object relationships (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts).
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Business acumen and GTM fluency to link data to strategic growth decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience building automated, scalable analytics models and dashboards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with LLM/AI tools, internal data products, or healthcare SaaS analytics is a plus.
