INTRODUCTION
This full-time, customer-focused data entry will support the Las Vegas branch. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, while also ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide professional and friendly customer service via phone and email
- Process customer orders and enter data accurately into company systems
- Assist with order tracking, status updates, and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist with general administrative tasks and documentation
- Support inventory and order management processes when needed
- Maintain organized files and records for customer accounts
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems such as Sage or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service or administrative experience
- Experience working with order entry or inventory systems
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage
