As a Clinical Staffing Recruiter, you will manage a portfolio of clinicians, guide them through assignments, and deliver an exceptional experience while contributing directly to organizational growth. The role involves proactive outreach, relationship building, and problem-solving to match clinicians’ goals with the right positions. You will work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, leveraging modern staffing platforms and tools to optimize placements. Success in this role requires a combination of empathy, strong communication, and a results-oriented mindset. You will collaborate closely with internal teams while developing deep expertise in clinician engagement and placement processes.
Independently source, engage, and place clinicians onto assignments, ensuring alignment with their career goals.
Manage and grow a portfolio of clinicians, providing ongoing support and problem resolution to maintain high satisfaction.
Conduct intake calls, gather detailed information on clinician preferences, and match candidates to relevant opportunities.
Utilize staffing tools and systems to track applications, manage workflows, and maintain accurate placement records.
Support emergency coverage and respond to time-sensitive staffing needs as required.
Collaborate with team members and share insights to contribute to overall organizational growth and success.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA/AS or BA/BS degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or a revenue-generating role; 2+ years preferred.
Experience in a clinical setting or with travel assignments is a plus.
Proficiency with modern business software and staffing platforms.
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented, organized, and able to manage high volumes of candidate interactions daily.
Ability to learn and apply defined procedures consistently, while escalating and documenting appropriately.
