You will serve as the central hub of our dealership, bridging the gap between our technical mechanics and our valued customers. This role grants you the authority to manage service workflows and inventory systems that keep our regional landscaping community powered. Your organizational expertise will directly ensure that Philz Landscape Supply maintains its reputation for efficiency and professional reliability.

• Author and process service tickets with high precision to maintain an organized workflow for the mechanics department.

• Synchronize communication between the shop and the customer to provide accurate repair estimates and completion timelines.

• Direct the procurement of specialized parts for leading brands like Stihl, Toro, and Gravely to prevent repair delays.

• Inspect and catalog all incoming inventory to ensure system accuracy and retail readiness at the parts counter.

• Resolve customer inquiries and technical concerns professionally to uphold the companys commitment to family-oriented service.

• Oversee warranty documentation and manufacturer compliance to ensure all dealership standards are strictly met.

• Systematize the parts department layout to improve retrieval speeds and maintain a professional retail environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred in parts sales, service writing, or small engine repair.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Strong functional knowledge of outdoor power equipment and small engine components.

• Proficiency in using computer-based invoicing and inventory management systems.

• Proven ability to multitask and communicate effectively in a high-pressure retail environment.

• Specialized knowledge of brands such as Ariens, Husqvarna, Briggs & Stratton, or Kawasaki.

• Prior experience managing vendor relationships or manufacturer representative communications.

• Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role within the landscaping or automotive industry.
