Summary: Responsible for inspections to ensure overall cleanliness and maintenance of properties. Act as Liaison between Owners, Guests and the Management Company. Provides friendly, courteous service and follow up. First contact for all issues, requests and questions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Field issues and requests for owners and guests.
• Maintain condition and damage control for homes/units.
• Office work such as answering phones, typing, filing, emailing.
• Meet guests at check-in, speaking with them and assisting with any questions or concerns regarding the property.
• Check on cleanliness of homes/units.
• Handle guest expeditiously in a manner which is beneficial to all involved.
• Work directly with Maintenance and Housekeeping employees/contractors.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Assist in the warehouse with sorting, packing, and distributing vacation rental laundry and linen to housekeeping teams as needed.
• Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Observe safety and security procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.
• Assist with daily cleaning of office spaces, warehouse, and common areas as needed.
• Deliver and pickup items as needed to different locations.
• Take and remove trash cans at properties as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

*Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's License.

Pay Starting at $21/hr
