About This Position
The Program Coordinator – Family Connections Program provides hands-on operational, administrative, and compliance support to the Assistant Director to ensure the effective daily functioning of the Supervised Visitation/Safe Exchange Program. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, scheduling, reporting support, staff oversight assistance, and operational follow-through to ensure program continuity, safety, and compliance with court and funder requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Operations & Coordination
- Support daily court program operations to ensure effective scheduling, staffing coverage, and service delivery.
- Coordinate supervised visitation schedules, site coverage, and room utilization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff regarding day-to-day operational needs.
- Maintain a minimum caseload and conduct client intakes as required.
Compliance & Documentation
- Support compliance with Department of Probation and Unified Court System requirements.
- Assist with preparation, tracking, and maintenance of required reports, logs, and client documentation.
- Conduct routine file reviews and support internal quality assurance processes.
Staff Support & Supervision
- Provide task-level guidance and oversight to site monitors.
- Assist with staff onboarding, training coordination, and scheduling.
- Escalate operational, staffing, or incident-related concerns to the Assistant Director.
Data & Reporting
- Support data collection, entry, verification, and reconciliation.
- Ensure documentation accuracy to meet monthly and ad hoc reporting deadlines.
Court & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with courts, probation, and partner agencies regarding schedules and logistics.
- Attend meetings and site visits as delegated by the Assistant Director.
Safety & Risk Management
- Support adherence to safety protocols, emergency procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- Assist with incident documentation and follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Experience with scheduling, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with court systems, probation requirements, and confidentiality standards.
- Experience supporting staff or site monitors.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience working with families, children, or court-involved populations preferred

Compensation: $30.50 hourly
