P/T Showroom Assistant at Idaho Bath Solutions LLC – Spokane valley, Washington

Job Description: Showroom Assistant

Classification: Non-Exempt, Regular, “At Will” Work Status

Reports To: Operations Manager

Status: Part-time (hours: 10am-2pm), every Saturday

Re-Bath is a fast-growing, bathroom remodeling company with annual revenues exceeding $35M and looking to grow to $50M in 2-3 years. We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions):

• Greeting potential customers and showing them products in the showroom.
• Capturing relevant customer information on a form and then relaying it to the Call Center immediately.
• Stay educated on product knowledge.
• Securing the building by making sure the doors are locked and alarm is armed.
• Cleaning the office and showroom
• Dusting & wiping displays down weekly.
• Vacuuming and mopping the floors weekly.
• Cleaning bathrooms weekly.
• Emptying waste baskets weekly.

• Additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by manager.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work on your own and manage your time
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Computer literacy and typing ability to forward information as needed

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sitting 50% at designated workstation
• Standing/walking 50% (cleaning, down time, helping potential customers, etc.)
• Lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, pushing & pulling

Schedule Requirements:

• Part-time position with potential for varying schedules based on business needs.
• Weekend hours to accommodate customer availability.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule during peak seasons or special campaigns.
