ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is an inside sales role — and that's what makes it meaningful. Callers are accident victims and injury patients seeking care, and sometimes their legal counsel contacts us on their behalf. They need care, not a pitch. Your job is to meet them with genuine empathy, conduct a thorough intake, and guide every qualified caller to a scheduled appointment or confirmed next step.
The best reps here earn strong bonuses. They do it by listening well and asking for the commitment. Both matter equally.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Convert inbound calls from patients and referral partners into scheduled appointments — conversion is the primary metric
- Conduct intake conversations that uncover patient needs and build trust before and during the ask
- Follow up on unscheduled leads via outbound calls to re-engage and close
- Handle calls from legal offices coordinating on behalf of personal injury patients seeking care — accuracy and responsiveness matter here
- Document every interaction in NextGen and Salesforce with accuracy
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Inbound call-to-appointment conversion at or above team benchmark
- Follow-up contact completed within defined SLA on unscheduled leads
- Patient satisfaction scores reflecting quality of intake experience
- Clean, complete CRM documentation on every contact
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 2+ years in a conversion-driven role — healthcare intake, insurance, legal intake, or call center sales where you were measured on outcomes
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding conversion targets or appointment goals
- Exceptional phone presence — warm and unhurried, but able to guide a call to a decision
- Proficiency with CRM/EMR systems ; Salesforce and NextGen preferred
- Able to handle emotionally sensitive calls involving injury, pain, or legal matters with composure
Preferred:
- Personal injury, medical intake, or legal services background
- Bilingual Spanish/English
