You will serve as the essential bridge between complex mechanical HVAC hardware and advanced computer-based software to drive peak energy efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to lead the installation and programming of Building Automation Systems (BAS) that define modern facility performance. At Tirone Electric Inc, you will be empowered to diagnose and resolve high-stakes technical challenges while ensuring superior climate comfort for our diverse commercial and government clients.

• Installed and wired new control systems, including advanced panels, sensors, and actuators, to ensure seamless system startups.

• Programmed and configured controllers using specialized software for Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).

• Diagnosed and repaired complex electronic, electrical, and pneumatic components to minimize system downtime.

• Optimized sequences of operation through detailed analysis to significantly enhance building comfort and energy conservation.

• Executed preventative maintenance and maintained critical system backups to ensure long-term operational reliability.

• Managed network protocols such as BACnet, TCP/IP, and Modbus to facilitate robust system communication.

• Provided expert technical support and calibration services to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and system performance.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC controls, building automation, or a related technical field.

• Proven technical proficiency in HVAC systems, refrigeration, airflow, and electrical circuits.

• Strong familiarity with computer control systems and software for controller programming.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Active Control Systems Certification.

• Specialized training or certifications in specific control platforms (e.g., JCI, Trane, Siemens).

• Experience working in a union environment or on government-contracted facilities.

• Advanced understanding of networking architecture and integration of diverse control protocols.

• Bilingual strongly preferred
