This role is ideal for a motivated and organized sales professional who excels at outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will play a key role in driving business growth by reaching out to potential clients, scheduling qualified meetings, and supporting the sales team with accurate CRM management. The position allows you to work remotely while engaging with decision-makers in construction and technology markets, using modern outreach tools like email, LinkedIn, and VOIP systems. You will execute structured outreach campaigns, track results, and refine messaging for maximum impact. This role offers direct exposure to business development processes, opportunities to experiment with creative outreach strategies, and the satisfaction of contributing to measurable pipeline growth. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through are essential for success.
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to identify potential clients and introduce the company’s platform.
Schedule meetings and demos for the internal sales team with qualified prospects.
Build and maintain lead lists, research companies and decision-makers, and update CRM records accurately with outreach notes and lead statuses.
Execute outbound email campaigns, follow structured outreach cadences, and provide feedback on messaging performance and prospect objections.
Support sales process documentation, workflow improvements, and collaboration with leadership to optimize outreach effectiveness.
Maintain organized calendars, follow-up communications, and detailed records of all prospect interactions.
Prior experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, or appointment setting.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and email/LinkedIn outreach tools.
Strong English communication skills (native or near-native accent preferred).
Highly organized with disciplined follow-up and CRM management skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outreach attempts daily and working independently once given direction.
Familiarity with SaaS or construction-related industries is a plus.
Knowledge of VOIP systems, Google Workspace, and sales campaign software is required.
