Position: C2R Lead
Location: Middletown, PA
Classification: Full-Time, Hourly
Hours: 6am to 2pm Monday-Friday
Pay: Starting Range DOE

What You’ll Do
This position is responsible for supporting the Corporate Operations Manager by coordinating and managing all activities related to C2R. Will follow all security protocol to properly store product as per company policies. Responsible for organizing, planning, coordinating, facilitating and managing all aspects of the C2R room including training and assigning the workload to the staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned C2R staff
- Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Train and mentor C2R staff in the use of equipment and processes
- Cross trained with Administrative Inventory – Serve as backup when needed
- Monitor and document employee attendance and performance
- Process the end of month and assists in facilitating monthly inventory, and reconciliation
- Ensure all required documentation necessary for accounting is complete, accurate and current
- Enforce company policies and procedures in a consistent and fair manner
- Other duties or special projects as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
- Experience in data entry, clerical or administrative roles, preferred in a warehousing setting.
- Understanding of manufacturing machinery, workflows, and maintenance.
- Ability to train, mentor, and direct production staff to meet goals.
- Strong verbal and written skills for reporting to management and instructing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, prioritize them, and handle multiple projects.
- Critical thinking to quickly resolve production bottlenecks.
- High attention to detail for accuracy in production reports.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, often physically demanding, manufacturing environment.
- Ability to complete basic math (counting, addition, subtraction) and basic English reading and writing skills are required.
