[Duties]

• Run electrical jobs from start to finish
• Lead and support electricians in the field
• Keep projects moving and make sure deadlines are hit
• Make sure all work is done safely, correctly, and up to code
• Troubleshoot issues in the field and handle problems fast
• Communicate with customers, team members, and leadership
• Set the tone on the jobsite with strong leadership and accountability
• Help drive quality work and keep standards high

[Requirements]

• Active Master Electrician license
• Strong electrical background with proven leadership experience
• Ability to run jobs without needing constant oversight
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and jobsite best practices
• Must be dependable, professional, and confident leading a crew
• Must take pride in the work and get the job done right
• Must have active drivers license
