Overview

Our Keys Auto Center is hiring for a Customer Care Specialist/Receptionist! This individual is the first point of contact with customers.

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary starting at $38,000

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
• Greet customers and escort them to specific destinations.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Support the service team in other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

Computer Skills: This position requires intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Other Requirements:

• Incumbent must maintain a polished, professional appearance.
• This position requires incumbent to be highly reliable and on time to work as scheduled.
