This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of a high-volume Loan Origination System (LOS) environment built on ICE Encompass.
The position oversees both Encompass Administration and Loan Support functions, ensuring scalable, reliable, and compliant system operations across the end-to-end mortgage lifecycle.
It plays a critical role in aligning business, operations, product, and technology teams to deliver efficient and secure lending solutions.
The role requires deep expertise in mortgage systems, strong technical leadership, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
It also ensures strong governance across configurations, integrations, workflows, and regulatory controls in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and develop Encompass Administration and Loan Support teams, fostering high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute the strategy for the Encompass LOS platform, ensuring alignment with business, operations, and technology priorities.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Audit teams to ensure regulatory adherence and business alignment.
• Oversee platform integrations including APIs, SDKs, middleware, CRM systems, pricing engines, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure system reliability, security, scalability, and performance across all Encompass-related environments.
• Establish governance over system configurations, workflows, and customizations to reduce risk and maintain operational efficiency.
• Drive execution through Change Control processes and ensure alignment with SDLC, ITIL, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor SLAs, backlog health, cycle times, and operational KPIs to ensure consistent service delivery and continuous optimization.
• Provide clear reporting and communication to executive stakeholders on priorities, risks, and delivery performance.
• Manage team development, performance management, and HR-related responsibilities.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ICE Encompass LOS in a mortgage environment.
• 3+ years of management experience leading technical or operations teams.
• Strong background in mortgage lending operations and end-to-end loan lifecycle processes.
• Experience managing both production support and project-based delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, ITIL, and structured delivery frameworks.
• Experience with Encompass APIs, SDKs, and system integrations including CRM, PPE/pricing engines, and vendor platforms.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, disclosure workflows, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-channel mortgage operations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
