Tudor Oaks Home Care is hiring a Weekend Scheduler and Caregiver to support both office operations and client care over the weekend. This is a part-time, weekend-only role offering competitive pay, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

• Provide weekend office coverage, including answering phones and supporting scheduling needs
• Coordinate staffing and assist with coverage for call-ins or open shifts
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and the office coordinator
• Step in to provide hands-on caregiving support as needed
• Maintain accurate scheduling updates and documentation
• Support overall weekend operations to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling and/or office coordination
• Hands-on caregiving experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working on the computer and managing multiple priorities
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and provide support where needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home care or senior living
• Previous experience handling scheduling systems or on-call coordination
