This senior leadership role sits at the center of enterprise technology transformation, overseeing the full ecosystem of business systems and corporate IT operations across a global organization. The role is responsible for driving strategy, execution, and stability across ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial systems, and SaaS platforms. You will lead large-scale system modernization efforts, including ERP transformation and enterprise integrations, while ensuring operational excellence and scalability. Acting as a key partner to executive leadership, you will align technology roadmaps with business priorities and financial objectives. The environment is fast-paced, innovation-driven, and highly cross-functional, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on leadership. - Lead the end-to-end enterprise systems strategy, including ERP transformation, integrations, deployment, stabilization, and continuous optimization across core business platforms.
- Oversee the full enterprise application ecosystem such as CRM, HR systems, support platforms, procurement, and financial tools, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Direct global IT operations, including infrastructure, identity and access management, endpoint security, SaaS administration, automation, and end-user support.
- Manage vendor relationships and SaaS portfolio, including contract negotiation, SLA management, procurement strategy, and cost optimization.
- Own financial back-office systems and lead readiness for public-company standards, including internal controls, audit support, and SOX compliance in partnership with Finance and Security teams.
- Lead, develop, and scale a multidisciplinary team, fostering high performance, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.
- Champion innovation initiatives, including the adoption of AI/ML capabilities to enhance enterprise efficiency and business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems, IT leadership, or business applications management within complex organizations.
- Proven success leading large-scale ERP implementations, with strong preference for NetSuite or comparable platforms.
- Experience managing and scaling teams of 20+ across IT operations, systems engineering, and enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in financial systems, enterprise integrations, and back-office operational technologies.
- Deep understanding of SOX compliance, audit processes, and enterprise financial controls within regulated environments.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Operations, and HR.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and mentor teams in emerging technologies, including AI/ML adoption.
