Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards

- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet residents’ needs

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas

- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive dining experience

- Assist with menu planning and ingredient management as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role

- Flexibility to work weekend shifts and/or the closing shift from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

- Ability to pass a level two background check and drug screening

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
