Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead production and execution across multiple cross-functional pods within the Consumer Products team. This role will work hand in hand with the director of operations and owns the end-to-end execution framework for their pods, roadmap delivery, sprint operations, and day-to-day production to ensure teams are aligned and consistently delivering on time and to a high standard of quality, leading to educational outcomes.

The Senior Producer partners closely with Product Managers to shape and operationalize [JY1.1]the roadmap, translating product goals and priorities into clear, actionable plans that can be executed effectively across engineering, design, art, and QA. As a key execution leader, this role is responsible for driving Agile practices across pods, including ownership of sprint ceremonies and workflows, while ensuring that these processes scale effectively across multiple teams.

Operating across several pods, the Senior Producer brings a systems-level view to execution. They identify risks, resolve dependencies, and proactively improve processes to increase team velocity, clarity, and predictability. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders, maintain momentum across concurrent initiatives, and continuously optimize how teams work together.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a high degree of ownership and accountability, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings a balance of tactical execution and strategic thinking. A strong Senior Producer is not only a driver of day-to-day delivery, but also a trusted partner to product, engineering, and design leadership in improving workflows and ensuring roadmap success across teams.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Product Managers to shape and drive execution of roadmap priorities, translating product requirements into clear and thorough sprint plans and release schedules
• Lead day-to-day development for multiple cross-functional pods, ensuring teams remain aligned and focused on delivering against product priorities
• Drive collaboration across design, engineering, QA, and art disciplines within each pod to ensure on time delivery of sprint commitments
• Own and maintain production schedules, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked and communicated
• Run sprint ceremonies including stand up, refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to maximize throughput for each pod
• Manage task tracking and workflow organization through tools such as JIRA, Miro, and Excel to ensure work is clearly defined, prioritized, and progressing toward release goals
• Coordinate cross-team reviews, user research, testing cycles, and release readiness to support high-quality launches
• Drive alignment across stakeholders on goals, scope, timelines, and expectations to ensure smooth execution and successful launches
• Identify risks, blockers, and production challenges early, and proactively communicate solutions to keep teams moving forward
• Continuously own and improve pod workflows, processes, and coordination to support efficient delivery at scale
Minimum Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience running cross-functional development for consumer digital products
• Experience owning and driving Agile development processes across multiple teams or pods
• Strong project management skills with experience managing schedules, scope, and resources
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of reducing cycle time by building and optimizing end-to-end production workflows
• Experience designing and implementing AI or automation driven workflows to improve team efficiency and scale execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress during periods of growth and change
• Strong familiarity with production and project management tools such as JIRA, Miro, Excel, and Figma
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working across teams at varying stages of maturity, with the ability to navigate evolving processes and establish efficient and scalable operations
• Experience with free to play game development or running a live consumer product
• Passion for education and learning outcomes
Total Compensation:
The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $120,000 USD to $150,000 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
