SALARY

$18 TO $28 per hour, depending on education and experience

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma / GED

2 – 5 Years Working in a custodial position in a manufacturing environment

Basic Email/Computer Skills

JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Empty all trash containers.

2. Clean, dust, sweep, and mop all flooring on second and third floors of office building.

3. Clean and stock supplies in ALL restrooms of facility, both in office and plant daily.

4. Sweep and mop the front entrance and stairs daily.

5. Change trash and sweep the Union breakroom daily.

6. Clean the locker room daily.

7. Sweep, dust, and mop purchasing office and machining manager office.

8. Maintain outside walk area including sweeping debris and washing walkways.

9. Maintain landscape: water, weed, cut grass and trim shrubs.

10. Remove trash daily from outside lot and fence row.

11. Clean windows.

12. Dust all office furniture.

13. Clean break room fridge and microwave weekly.

14. Clean and polish fixtures.

15. Assist maintenance with snow removal and applying salt to walkways.

16. Track and order custodial supplies.

17. Submit work orders to maintenance as needed.

18. Change lightbulbs as needed.

19. Clean and Stock PPE cabinet on Second Floor.

20. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

21. Complete every 6 months routine maintenance duties; washing office building walls, waxing locker room floor, waxing office flooring.

22. Assist with setting up company events.
