Database Engineer 4 at TSPi

Provides technical expertise for database design, implementation, information storage and retrieval, data flow and analysis. Helps to develop software. Responsible for developing a database structure that fits into the overall system and design. Assists with recommendation and evaluates updates and new software. Translates sets of requirements and data into useable documents. Typical duties may include: Creating data architectures for databases and data warehouses (i.e., designing and specifying the overall database/data warehouse structure based on functional and technical requirements). Developing logical and physical data models. Developing strategies for data acquisition, archive recovery, and database implementation. Managing data migrations/conversions and troubleshooting data processing issues. UDSA and AWS cloud experience preferred.
