About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & React & Node.js) to join our team and contribute to the development of modern, scalable applications. This role requires strong full-stack expertise across backend and frontend technologies, combined with practical knowledge of AI tooling.
You will work on building and enhancing applications that leverage modern frameworks and AI-driven capabilities, contributing across the full development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with a strong problem-solving mindset, capable of delivering high-quality solutions and working across multiple layers of the stack.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build and optimise backend services using Python and Node.js.
- Develop responsive and high-quality frontend applications using React.
- Integrate AI tooling and capabilities into applications where relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems and applications.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements.
- Ensure applications are performant, secure, and scalable.
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role
- 3+ years of experience with Python
- 3+ years of experience with React
- 3+ years of experience with Node.js
- Practical experience working with AI tooling or integrating AI-driven features
- Strong understanding of full-stack architecture and modern development practices
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience working on AI-enabled or data-driven products
- Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and deployment practices
- Experience contributing to system design or architectural decisions
- Exposure to working in fast-paced or evolving environments
- Fixed Shifts: 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM IST (Summer) | 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM IST (Winter)
