Seastate Land Services Company is hiring experienced Concrete Masons to support our growing residential construction operations throughout the Tampa and Sarasota areas. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in production homebuilding who can step onto a jobsite and contribute immediately with minimal training. Youll work on high-volume residential concrete projects, playing a critical role in delivering quality foundations, slabs, and flatwork on schedule.

• Perform residential concrete work including slabs, footers, foundations, and flatwork

• Set forms, install rebar and wire mesh, and prepare sites for concrete placement

• Pour, spread, finish, and cure concrete according to specifications

• Work efficiently on production homebuilding schedules

• Read and follow job plans, grade requirements, and layout markings

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times

• Work collaboratively with crews, supervisors, and other trades

• Meet production timelines while maintaining quality workmanship

• 2+ years of experience in residential concrete construction

• Prior experience working in production homebuilding environments

• Ability to work 5060 hours per week.

• Strong understanding of concrete placement, finishing, and forming

• Ability to work with little to no supervision or training

• Physically able to perform labor-intensive work in outdoor conditions

• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Tampa/Sarasota area

• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

• $22$27 per hour, based on experience
