Compensation After Training: $55,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience, hourly base plus commission

Program Overview:
Superior Fuel Company offers a structured, company sponsored education program for candidates pursuing a long-term career in the propane and fuel industry. The program focuses on classroom instruction, safety training, behind the wheel preparation, and licensing readiness for a Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.

The training period is an educational experience and is not employment. The program is not compensated, but follows a Delayed Start format where full-time employment begins after successful completion and meeting all contingencies.

Training Program Details:
- Program length is approximately 2 weeks
- Duration may extend to 3 to 4 weeks if exam retakes are required or if CDL road test scheduling delays occur
- No cost CDL preparation provided by Superior Fuel Company, including Hazmat H and Tanker N endorsements
- Experienced instructors and a safety focused training environment
- Preparation for written exams, endorsements, and road test requirements

What You Will Learn:
- Safe operation of commercial vehicles
- Hazmat and tanker handling procedures
- DOT compliance and safety standards
- Vehicle inspection, fueling operations, and emergency response basics

After Training Completion and Employment Contingencies:
This pathway is intended to transition candidates directly into full time employment as a Service Technician and Delivery Driver upon successful completion. Eligibility for a
conditional offer is contingent on the candidate successfully completing the program and meeting all standards, including:
- Completion of all required training modules
- Passing all written exams, endorsements, and CDL road test
- Meeting safety and performance expectations during training
- Satisfactory background and motor vehicle record review
- Passing a DOT physical and drug and alcohol screening as required by regulation
- Verification of employment authorization
- Business needs at the time of completion

Participation in the training program does not guarantee employment. Conditional offers are based on successful completion of all requirements and workforce needs at the time of graduation.

Full Time Position Details After Training:
Role: Service Technician and Delivery Driver
Compensation: $55,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience, hourly base plus commission

What You Will Do:
- Deliver propane to residential and commercial customers
- Install LP tank systems and perform safety inspections on vapor distribution
systems
- Inspect regulators and piping systems, and install cellular tank monitoring systems
- Operate delivery vehicles safely while following all compliance procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and support company growth
