About the Role:

As a Content Team Member, you will support the Restoration Division by assisting with the packing, moving, cleaning, and restoration of customers’ personal property affected by water, fire, smoke, or mold damage. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional customer service and takes pride in handling customers’ belongings with care and respect. This role requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure proper contents cleaning, packing and repacking, and thorough site cleanup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent Customer Service.
• Drive to job sites and maintain vehicles.
• Basic equipment maintenance.
• Learn to use industry software, like Dash or other software.
• Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people’s property and information.
• Will practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite.
• Comply with all Regent Restoration policies and procedures.
• Proactively communicate job site conditions and concerns that may or are affecting completion of the job to the appropriate person.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift/handle items that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work nights, on call and weekends when requested
• Moving and packing experience (required)
• Experience with contents cleaning, water damage, mold, smoke and fire damage restoration is a major plus!
• If you’re bilingual (english/spanish) that’s a MAJOR plus!
• Great team player with a fantastic work ethic and attention to detail
