Our company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager - Product Category Specialist (Florida) who will be responsible for growing the Company’s new product line throughout the state of Florida. This position is essential to the sales team, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, account management and driving sales throughout the state. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven individual with the drive to succeed.

The Opportunity: Ready to be a part of spearheading the growth of a new product line across Florida? We're looking for a Sales Champion to help with the growth of an exclusive aluminum product line. As the designated "Sales Champion," you will be the primary authority on system-based selling, driving both statewide market share and organizational sales excellence. If you've got the sales grit to close deals and the expertise to coach a winning team, this is your next big move!

The Mission: Drive statewide growth as we premiere our newest aluminum product line. You aren’t just selling; you’re the "go-to" for system-based selling solutions for our new product line.

What You’ll Do:

  • Dominate the Market: Working in conjunction with the Product Development Manager & Corporate Sales Manager, you’ll have an ownership stake in sales growth, margin, and market share for the assigned aluminum product category within the Florida territory by assisting with developing product-focused sales strategies, assisting in developing pricing strategies, quoting support, and value-based selling tools.
  • Be the Coach: Serve as an internal coach by providing technical support and demonstrating to other sales reps the appropriate approach to systems-based selling along with customer product demonstrations.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and manage high-value partnerships with key fabricators, contractors, and OEM accounts.
  • Drive Systems-Based Selling: Use consultative selling to turn prospects into long-term partners by providing comprehensive customer solutions; prepare and deliver professional product presentations and system-based selling solutions; work with customers and internal teams to recommend compatible products, specifications, and applications.

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven success in B2B industrial sales, ideally within metals or building materials; product-focused or category management selling.
  • Road Warrior Spirit: Ability to manage a statewide territory requiring frequent overnight travel and on-site, job site visits (70% travel expectation).
  • Presentation Power: You can command a room, whether it’s one-on-one peer training or a high-stakes customer pitch.
  • Tech Savvy: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM management, and data-driven sales reporting.

Physical & Travel Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Frequent travel across the state of Florida with overnight stays (70%).
  • Ability to visit customer facilities, warehouses, and job sites.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for product samples or displays.
