About the Role:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with foundational IT knowledge who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role will primarily support day-to-day technical needs, including onboarding new employees and maintaining company devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new hiresCreate and manage user accounts, usernames, and system accessProvide basic technical support for employees (hardware, software, and login issues)Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues in a timely mannerAssist with equipment inventory and asset trackingEnsure all devices are properly updated and securedSupport IT team with additional tasks and projects as neededQualifications:

Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshootingSome prior IT experience required (internship, coursework, or entry-level role)Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office/365Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate clearly with non-technical team membersHighly organized and dependableSchedule & Flexibility:
