Senior Executive - Packing & CWH at KSB GIW Inc. – Sinnar

Major responsibilities:

1. Responsible for order execution & packing of pumps/ spares.

2. Periodic review of orders on hand with the team using SAP reports.

3. Prepare and circulate the monthly MIS to all concern.

4. Intern department (Planning, Production & Purchase) co-ordination & follow-up to ensure timely delivery of pumps/spares.

5. Making daily allocation of pumps/spares as per Central Warehouse orders & submit the dispatch instructions to excise and dispatch department.

6. Ensure completion of packing of pumps/spares received from production on daily basis as per procedure decided.

7. Prepare and submit packing details to export team w.r.t the delivery commitment.

8. Prepare and submit monthly plan of boxes (export/domestic) and packing materials to purchase dept.

9. Daily co-ordination with packing material suppliers for availability.

10. Maintain daily TAKT of packing, 5S’ in packing department. Requirement profile: Formal education: Professional experience: In years: Defined competencies: Diploma in Mechanical / Production with 6 to 8 Years’ experience or,

Requirement profile: Formal education:

Professional experience: In years: Defined competencies: Diploma in Mechanical / Production with 6 to 8 Years’ experience or, B. E. - Mechanical / Production with 3 to 4 Years’ experience in relevant field. Preferably from Pump/Spares & has Packing/SCM experience

Functional Skills

• Good product / technical knowledge and experience of Centrifugal pump

• Proficiency in SAP – SD/PP Module and MS Office (Specially Excel).

• Knowledge of commercial aspects for despatch procedures and documentation procedures.
