Alongside our collaboration with Caracas Bakery, mornings and lunch service are fast-paced and high-volume, requiring precision, teamwork, and elevated hospitality standards.

The Busser plays a key role in delivering a seamless dining experience by supporting the front-of-house team and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment.

This position is essential to the flow of service and requires speed, awareness, and attention to detail, especially during peak breakfast and lunch hours.

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  
  

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas
  
  

• Assist servers with delivering food, water service, and guest needs as required
  
  

• Refill water, polish glassware, and restock service items
  
  

• Anticipate guest and team needs to ensure smooth service flow
  
  

• Assist with opening and closing side work
  
  

• Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards at all times
  
  

• Support team communication during busy service periods
  
  

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
