About the Role:

As a ToGo Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers who prefer takeout options. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and presented in a timely manner, reflecting the high standards of our establishment. You will engage with customers, taking their orders and providing recommendations to enhance their meal choices, while also managing the payment process efficiently. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction, as you will be the face of our restaurant for those dining off-premises. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our restaurant in the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Food safety certification.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring all preferences and dietary restrictions are noted.
• Prepare and package food items for takeout, ensuring quality and presentation meet our restaurant standards.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeout area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
