Corporate Development & Business Analyst Intern at Jasper Engineering & Equipment Company – Plymouth, Minnesota

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Corporate Development & Business Analyst Intern to support strategic initiatives including market research, corporate development, M&A research, and operational projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to how companies evaluate growth opportunities, acquisitions, and business process and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, competitors, and potential acquisition or partnership opportunities
• Assist with analysis of companies and markets to support corporate development and strategic planning
• Prepare research summaries, presentations, and internal reports for leadership
• Support due diligence and data organization for potential deals or partnerships
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks that support the corporate development team

This is a 12-week onsite internship based in our Plymouth, MN office. Occasional travel to other office locations across the U.S. may be required.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and Google Workspace
• Interest in corporate strategy, M&A, or business development
