About the Role
We’re looking for an HR Service Centre Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations in a high-volume, service-driven environment. This role operates within a shared services model, where our primary customers are clinic teams across the network.
Acting as the first point of contact, you will support clinics and employees with HR inquiries and transactions, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, front-line environment. You will play a key role in delivering consistent, timely, and accurate HR support across the employee lifecycle, while partnering with internal teams including HR Advisors, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Total Rewards.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries from employees and managers across multiple channels (ticketing system, email, phone)
- Triage and escalate complex or sensitive inquiries to appropriate HR partners
- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, compensation updates, and internal transfers
- Prepare and manage employee documentation, including employment agreements and verification letters
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., ADP and other platforms)
- Manage and track HR service tickets, ensuring adherence to SLAs and timely resolution
- Monitor ticket queues, identifying trends or delays and escalating as needed
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments and updates
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation
- Generate basic HR reports and support audit requests
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and HR knowledge base updates
- Support consistent service delivery through standardized processes and tool
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or coordination
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, transactional work
- Customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established timelines and SLAs
- Working knowledge of Canadian employment standards and HR practices
- Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) and/or ticketing tools is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Working towards or holding a CPHR designation is an asset
