About the Job

We are looking for a Mid-Level Administrative Analyst, focused on Treasury and Human Resources, to play an essential role in ensuring compliance, quality, and availability of Dadosfera’s financial information.

This professional will work in both operational and analytical capacities, serving as a key support point for leadership decision-making through reliable, well-structured financial data aligned with governance best practices.

This is an on-site position based in Belo Horizonte (BH), requiring close collaboration with business areas and leadership. Office presence is essential to ensure strong performance, effective team integration, and alignment with the company’s culture.

Responsibilities
  • Execute accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation routines, and interface with external accounting partners;
  • Negotiate banking expenses and fees, seeking optimization and cost reduction;
  • Review, compare, and issue financial reports (accounts payable/receivable, credit, and collections), analyzing origin, purpose, and impacts on the company’s financial position;
  • Implement, maintain, and update financial policies, procedures, SOPs, and checklists, ensuring alignment with other departments;
  • Oversee the governance of bank transactions and cash movements, ensuring compliance with defined standards and processes;
  • Act as the main point of contact between Finance and Human Resources, supporting both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Support the preparation of financial scenarios, business plans, and analyses for management and leadership decision-making;
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports for the Board and leadership teams;
  • Organize and keep the finance drive updated, with a special focus on treasury;
  • Assist in building and maintaining financial models (Budget, Forecast, Actual vs. Budget, Ex-Ante, Ex-Post, and other planning tools);
  • Ensure compliance, integrity, and availability of the company’s financial information.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Intermediate knowledge of Treasury routines, including Billing and Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, Accounts Payable, and Cash Flow, preferably within the technology services industry (SaaS);
  • Financial literacy with a solid understanding of corporate finance processes, best practices, and startup metrics (Business Plan, P&L, Cash Flow Statement, Cash Cycle, ARR/MRR, CAC, LTV, among others);
  • Strong financial acumen, with advanced spreadsheet skills and intermediate familiarity with BI and data analytics tools;
  • Previous experience in budget planning and control;
  • Experience with costing, project pricing, and profitability analysis;
  • Experience monitoring and controlling financial investments, loans, and financing operations;
  • Knowledge of integrated tools such as ERP systems (Omie), Jira, CRM, and others;
  • Previous experience ensuring compliance and the availability of financial information.
  • Basic or intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Previous experience in startups or technology companies;
  • Experience with both national and international Treasury operations.
