This role focuses on re-engaging former students and turning prior interest into renewed enrollment success. You will work with warm, pre-qualified leads—individuals who previously showed intent but did not complete their program—and guide them through structured conversations to help them overcome barriers and return. Acting as both a trusted advisor and performance-driven closer, you will play a key role in driving reactivation and revenue growth. The environment is fast-paced, remote, and highly results-oriented, requiring strong communication and persistence. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and supportive re-enrollment process. This is a high-impact role where empathy, persuasion, and execution directly influence customer success and business outcomes.
- Re-engage former or inactive students through proactive outreach and structured follow-up communication.
- Identify reasons for withdrawal or disengagement and present tailored solutions to encourage re-enrollment.
- Handle objections effectively while rebuilding trust and guiding prospects toward completing their educational journey.
- Close re-enrollment opportunities and contribute directly to monthly revenue and growth targets.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with customer success, enrollment, and finance teams to remove barriers and improve conversion flow.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics related to activity, conversion, and retention outcomes.
- Proven experience in sales, retention, collections, account recovery, or customer reactivation roles.
- Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills in customer-facing environments.
- Ability to manage difficult conversations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance, targets, and revenue impact.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, high-performance, and fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Kustomer, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with strong persistence and follow-through abilities.
