This role is an entry-to-junior level opportunity within a fast-paced digital media environment, supporting enterprise programmatic advertising accounts and contributing directly to campaign performance and execution quality. You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are accurately built, tracked, and optimized across major DSP platforms while supporting reporting, trafficking, and QA processes. In this role, you will support programmatic campaign execution and performance analysis while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across all operational tasks. You will:
- Run, format, and maintain performance reports for programmatic campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and clarity for internal teams and clients
- Support campaign setup, trafficking, tagging, and QA processes across multiple DSP platforms
- Build, upload, and monitor campaigns, audiences, and creatives while ensuring alignment with campaign objectives
- Track daily budget pacing and performance metrics, flagging anomalies and supporting optimization decisions
- Leverage DSP tools such as The Trade Desk and other programmatic platforms to extract insights and schedule reports
- Organize and structure large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting purposes
- Assist in identifying performance trends and contributing to client-facing reporting summaries
- Participate in internal meetings and client discussions, supporting documentation and note-taking
This position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a foundational understanding of digital marketing or programmatic advertising. You should be comfortable working with data, learning technical tools, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- 0–6 months of experience in programmatic marketing, digital media, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, and conditional formatting
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Basic understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, DSP platforms, and media metrics
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn programmatic strategy, tools, and optimization techniques
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
