Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care: evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics; develop and manage treatment plans
Perform minor procedures and prescribe medications as appropriate
Coordinate care and refer patients to specialists when needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver patient-centered care
Supervise and support clinical staff; participate in peer review as needed
Support and participate in preventive care initiatives (immunizations, screenings, etc.)
Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation, coding, and billing
Participate in quality improvement and organizational initiatives
Provide rotating after-hours/on-call coverage
Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education
Skills & Attributes:
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Ability to work in a team-based, multidisciplinary environment
Commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism
Comfortable working with diverse and underserved populations
Work Environment & Requirements:
Outpatient clinical setting with potential exposure to infectious materials
Participation in required health screenings and immunizations (e.g., TB, Hepatitis B)
